Day of the Dead Ceremony

Sunday, November 1 • 4–6 PM • Santosha Yoga Collective, Loomis

The day of the dead is a special time, a day like no other. We honor those who have gone before us and marvel at the continued gifts and guidance they give. We connect to our beloved ancestors, strengthening a familial bond and rooting deeper into the Earth. We turn toward change that comes with the wind and rain and welcome its magic.

Erin Alexander, Christy Braun, and Susan Whitaker are delighted to be your guides. Please bring pictures or belongings of your most helpful, beloved people who have passed through the veil for our collective altar.

We'll move with gratitude, write a letter, tell stories, and offer songs as we sit in circle together.

"Erin's class truly is not "just another yoga class", but a real spiritual experience. ... I have gone to a lot of studios and taken classes with a lot of teachers...sometimes I just want the workout, or the good stretch etc...but if I want a full mind, body, spiritual connection, this is hands down the best class I have ever taken."

-Nicole, Forest Bathing Therapist
